Kgosi Chuenyane

My Name is Kgosi Chuenyane. I grew up in Petaluma and attended Casa Grande High School. After a successful high school track career at Casa I ran for two years at Santa Rosa Junior College. I finished my track and field career at U.C. Santa Barbara where I earned a partial scholarship.

I have worked with children, high school and junior college athletes on improving their speed. I have also coached boys and girls from 5thgrade to high school in basketball.  In 2008 I was the head sprint coach at Maria Carrillo High School for one of their many NBL and NCS championship teams. I am very excited to return to coaching. Track and Field is my first true athletic love. The sport has tested the most extreme limits of my body and mind. Some of my best friends I have gained though track and field (including Coach Myles).  I cannot wait to be able to share my passion for this amazing sport with the youth of Sonoma County. I am honored and excited to join the Myles Ahead team.
