Rates for Group Instruction:

The rates for group training are calculated based on how many days a week you plan to train. The initiation to enter into group training is $70. This includes one private session to get you started.

Monthly Membership Option:
We ask for a 6-month commitment to qualify for the monthly rate. Monthly payments can either be electronically debited from your checking account or charged to your credit card. 

1 day $90.00/month
2 days $135.00/month
3 days $145.00/month
4 days $165.00/month

Short-Term Membership Options:
The weeks are consecutive, and cannot be broken up.

6 weeks:
2 days $235; 3 days $255

12 weeks:
2 days $415; 3 days $465

Rates for Youth Weightlifting:

1 days $150; 2 days $220
