The Myles Ahead Lifter programs are the same programing that has lead to multiple American records and national champions on the Youth and Masters level. It has also been used to prepare athletes for the weightlifting in the Crossfit Games and in the Regionals.
Lifter 2 day program is 2 days per week and will take 1 hour to complete. The Lifter 2 day is $10 per month or $100 for the year.
Lifter 4 day program is 4 days per week and will take 1 hour to complete.The Lifter 4 day is $15 per month or $150 for the year.
